What forms Of Payment does FAERIEGURL accept?
     Paypal is the best, safest form of payment for FAERIEGURL SHOPS. 

What is the Processing Time?
    The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

How do you handle Customs and Import Taxes?
     Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you Combine Shipping?

     Yes! Absolutely, I will do my best to find the cheapest possible way to ship your items to you, so long as the integrity of the package is not compromised. If you plan to purchase or have purchased more than one item please let me know and I will work with you to get combined shipping.

What are the Care Instructions?

     All of the soaps from the Faeriegurl Soaps Shop should be allowed to dry between uses for maximum life of the bar. A soap dish with drainage is a great way to keep your soap dry between uses.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping and Packaging?

     If you would like your purchase gift wrapped or some other kind of special attention I can help with that! Please contact me and we can discuss what you would like to do.

Do you Customize?
     We do offer customized soap, room & linen spray; rollerballs; bath bomb; bath melts; & coaster orders also. We have a large selection of Premium Essential Oils and a rainbow of Cosmetic Micas to use to make you your own special products!! 
*Please note that it takes 2 months to fulfill custom items.


What is your Return Policy?

     I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
